Shipping Policy

Deliveries are to Australian & NZ destinations only. Where items are shipped from Australia, they will be shipped by Australia Post. You will be required to sign for the parcel prior to delivery. You will be provided a tracking number by email once parcel is dispatched so you may track you parcel through the Australia Post website.

The Delivery Time can vary because of location, though you can expect your delivery within 3 Business days with a maximum of 5 Business days.

If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditional delivery restrictions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection where possible. You will be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.

You may change our delivery instructions on request; e.g. leave parcel at the back door; however we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason nor can we track the postal progress of the parcel. Australia Post Fees will apply at their normal rates.

We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles by telephone or email. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after we have made reasonable tracking attempts.

Items which are “drop shipped” are items that are not held in Australia but will be sent directly to the Customer from the Country of Origin. Drop shipped items may take up to 60 days for delivery to the Customer. Items which are not available or cannot be shipped within 2 days, will be notified either by SMS or by Email.
