3 Years Next business day onsite. Suitable for all Acer notebook upgrade from 1 year standard pickup and return warranty to 3 years next business day onsite service. This gives you an additional 2 years, a total of 3 years on your Acer The next business day onsite service is only available within 80 kms of the nearest Highpoint Repair Centre or Acer Authorised Service Provider. Outside of this area will be a pick up and return service. The onsite service is only available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Pickup and return service involves your machine being picked up by a courier and taken to our Highpoint Repair Centre where it will be repaired. Once this has been repaired, the notebook will then be couriered back to you. The notebook will need to be boxed in its original packaging and clearly labelled. The warranty coverage includes parts and labour. Battery is only covered on the first year. International Travellers Warranty is included in all Acer Notebooks for 1 year.
